We purchased a Bernhardt sectional sofa and it was delivered today. We dealt with Tayseer Hamadan for the purchase. He was extremely helpful polite and personable. I hope to deal with him for all future purchases. The delivery went unbelievably smooth. The gentlemen who delivered it were just that Gentlemen. Don, Davante and Jabari were professional and polite and efficient! It is good to experience employees that seem to care about the customer and are a reflection on who they represent. It was my first time there. I learned about how purchasing there works. They had a lot of cool interactive things to do and take pictures of. I understand why they don't have food places in there (kids are all over things here so I can imagine food stains on dirty hands), but that was a downside to being there. We left as soon as we got hungry because we were all getting impatient. Perhaps they should have food businesses nearby but add a no food or drinks policy at entrance
Abt had the appliance brand and models that I wanted in stock. Great experience from initial selection of new built-in microwave and integrated dishwasher with Mike and Briana of Sales, through the delivery and installation with Tim and JD. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff, all around. Will definitely visit Abt when I need additional household items.
This place is an experience... we did not know what to expect when we got here. We thought it was just an appliance place kind of like a Best BUY, but it is was so much more. It's essentially a tiny mall that has everything you could ever want to to upgrade your home. Absolutely incredible. I don't even understand how the selling process works because there were people EVERYWHERE...
