My child learned very little from this place. It’s really just a place to facilitate driving monitors. Really something anyone with a valid license could do. Further, the staff are completely unprofessional and vulgar around the students. My child was in to take a written test and couldn’t focus because the staff were sitting around speaking and laughing loudly. Their conversations were violent and sexual in nature. It made my daughter extremely uncomfortable. If you’re looking for a professional atmosphere and do not want your child traumatized, choose another company.
The guy that tested my son was super helpful. Also I think he put my son at ease before taking his driving test.
Extremely Disappointed — No Communication at All I understand that sometimes businesses have to close, but the complete lack of communication here was really upsetting. We had an appointment and didn’t even know the business had shut down until we showed up—only to find a handwritten paper note taped to the door saying they were closed. I took time off work (which cost me income) and pulled my kid out of school for this appointment. We rearranged our day, only to be met with silence and a piece of paper. Loyal customers (second child to go through the program) deserve at least a little consideration and a heads-up. Do better!
Not very impressed with my recent experience here. I took lessons to get my permit in 2023, which I had no problems with. One of my issues with this place is the instructed drive system. While at least two of the instructors are fit for their job, my third instructed drive was with someone who took me through neighborhoods for the entire hour and a half despite me having gone on the highway on my last drive, so I got zero learning from it. Also, the cars are outdated and have a myriad of problems (low acceleration, ineffective brakes, and bad steering). However, my main issue is with the driving exams. Just went to take my exam only for the location to be closed (with zero notice), having been ‘moved’ to a different driving school nearby. The quotes are because, when we went to talk to the people there, we found out that every driving exam was CANCELLED due to unforeseen circumstances. Again, we didn’t get any sort of contact about this, which is the least that could have been done. In summary, if you’re looking for a place to send your kid to get a permit, this is a good spot. But if they need instruction and a license? The struggle isn’t worth it.
We found out they had cancelled my daughter's driving test when we showed up and the office was locked and closed. When we called to inquire about the test, the receptionist insisted we had cancelled the appointment, then corrected herself and said the owner cancelled the appointment weeks before. There was no email, text, or phone call notifying us of this. They refused to make it right, and only gave me the information for another driving school to try when I begged for help. They simply didn't care that they were delaying my daughters driver's license by months due to the DMV schedule. I have just now noticed that there are other reviews stating the same thing happened to them. I wish I would have done a more thorough vetting of them.
