Ernesto was very helpful. He explained everything to me and took me through the process step by step. He came prepared with booties and was mindful to not track anything into the house. He did an amazing job and I’d definitely recommend him and this company to friends, family, and colleagues!
Christian and his teammate were outstanding to deal with. They were ontime and finished quickly. Due to the quality of the gutter work done, they actually reduced the amount they charged me because a lot of the work was 'done' already. Complete professionals and I would/will recommend Accel to anybody that asks.
She called first to confirm, she introduced herself and we discussed my concerns. She addressed everything with professional care and was very respectful. Explained what she had done and expressed a real concern that my issues be addressed. I loved her great smile and professional attitude! She’s a keeper! Please send her to me again! Thank you Accel ! The customer service was beyond my expectations. Everyone who I spoke to was so friendly and accommodating. Answered any questions I had and made me feel very comfortable in each and every interaction. Jessica was amazing. She was so kind to both me and my little one during the visit. We got along so well and she did such a great job. I would highly recommend accel for any pest extermination needs in the future. Cannot speak highly enough about them.
5 star on customer service. Ms. Jacky very nice and politely transfer me to Ms. Sharon. Ms. Sharon helped me twice. First, she sent me a quote and explained me briefly. Second time the following day, I called and asked questions. She helped me out and gave me tons of options. Very friendly staff. I scheduled an appointment with them and I will update my post for the result. Thank you ladies. Update: The appointment went well today. JC is friendly and i am amazed that he cover his shoes before coming in the house. This is important to me because I have a toddler in my house and some part of the house is carpeted! He did work well and dust the front and back of the house.. Very statisfying to watch because he knows what his doing!!!! Thank you JC and thank you Accel Pest and Termites Control!!! Wonderful service and affordable! Definitely recommend them to my friends and family!!!
