Action plumbing and Ryan Aguilar are simply amazing! If I could give 10 stars I would!. They had the technician to our home within 20 minutes of my calling for assistance. Ryan was very professional and friendly in his demeanor. He diagnosed the issue immediately and found a second leak we had not noticed. The water heater needed replaceing and he went over pricing and payment plans in an easy to understand manor. He had the exact water heater we needed on his truck and was able to call in help and get the new equipment in and had us up and running with the whole process from call in to finish in under 3 hours. Just outstanding!
Kevin did a great job at our house! Our heater went out last night and came back on earlier today. He still came by and checked everything out for us to make sure we are set for tonight. He cleaned up the system as well! Great work and a good attitude!
Ryan and John did an excellent job and were very efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. This company is excellent and I see the reason for their rating. From start to finish, customer service and communication with the after hours/office people to the technicians and installation was top notch as well as all the services/plans they offer. They got us back and running in no time especially with the winter storm approaching. We appreciate them very much and highly recommend!
We had an outdoor faucet on our back wall start leaking and it wouldn't stop. The valve was corroded and we weren't sure what kind it was, so we went online and requested an appointment with Action for the very next day. The guys arrived well within their time frame and had a new faucet on quickly. They were upfront about all possible costs and types of repairs that might be necessary, and were extremely polite and courteous. We would definitely recommend!
Absolutely OUTSTANDING SERVICE from this company!! From the sweet, friendly gals on the phone to the expertise & efficiency of Nate, the Manager/Tech who came out to our place to help us out. We were afraid that they were going to tell us that we needed a whole unit replacement. However, after looking at everything very closely & carefully, he said, "Nope. Just going to need a new thermostat! Let me see if I have one with me in the truck..." Which he did! So he went right to work replacing the thermostat, making sure everything was operating as expected & then explaining to me all of the functions so I would understand. He even went to our other house to look at my Home Gym to see if he had any suggestions about replacing the (very old) system out there. He did a quick once-over, noting that the vents were all installed & it looked ready to have a new system installed. Then he said that, whenever we did decide to do so, that they would come out and give a formal estimate, do all the measuring for placement, etc. Such a nice guy! Thank you to everyone at Action Air, Plumbing & Septic for providing such EXCELLENT service for us today!! P.S. Hope y'all enjoyed the leftover Halloween candy!! 😅😉
