I have been working with Norm for about a month now, and I’m really enjoying training with him. My first two workouts left me the most sore I’ve ever been but in the best way possible! I really appreciate how Norm pushes me while still keeping things realistic and within reason. That’s exactly what I needed! Working out on my own was fine, but I had hit a plateau and stopped losing weight. Since training with Norm, I’m back on track, not just losing pounds, but more importantly reducing body fat and building muscle. I’m already seeing and feeling the difference. This is the first and only exercise program I've been able to really stick to and I love it! The personal attention is vital to making it work and Im meeting new people, too. The trainers are super nice, accomodating and good at doing this. I may increase the number of times per week that i go. Give it a try and you won't give up.
Great Gym and great staff. Low-stress, tailored workouts based on your skill level, supportive peers to keep you going when it’s tough. Hands down one of the best exercise experiences I have had. Stop by and give it a try!
