Dave from Adept was very quick to visit my house after I had concerns about bites me and my daughter were getting. He was very thorough in his investigation and gave great advice. I contacted Adept when I smelt a dead animal and heard chewing under my house. Dave answered the phone and I was forever grateful. He certainly knows his stuff and came out very prompt. He looked all round our property and our neighbours and found where they were getting in. He said it would take 7 to 10 days to sort out the problem and he was certainly correct. If anyone has a problem I would 100% recommend adept especially Dave. Thanks again for all your help.
I was looking for a pest control company to deal with a wasp nest in an innaccesible loft space. I am over the moon to have found such a great pest control company local to me, and I feel very lucky to have found Adept. David was great and managed to explain the procedure and arrange a time to come out as soon as I called him, he came down the next day to begin work and even took time to explain the procedure in depth. The quote I was given was very reasonable and I am happy with the care taken and quality of the work carried out. All in all a great experience for a scary problem!
A great service offered by Dave at Adept. He visited my property on the day I called, and was able to quickly identify that I had an issue with squirrels in my loft space. He dealt with my problem professionally and always responded very quickly when a return visit was required. This service was great value for money and I would highly recommend this company. I was delighted with the service I received and wouldn’t hesitate to use Adept again if ever needed.
I was very concerned when I realised I had a problem with grey squirrels inhabiting my loft area as they are known to cause a great deal of damage. I called Adept and John and David were out within the hour. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It took around 4 weeks to fully eliminate the problem with either John or David visiting once per week. They were then able to proof the entry points to my roof by blocking the gaps and entrances holes with tightly wedged mesh. Their customer service was outstanding and I would highly recommend them.
