Worst experience ever, the guy is very disrespectful and unprofessional. I tried to ask him about the cost of the tire and he keeps telling me to wait, then he said that it cost 85$ for a used one when it’s only 50$ !!! He tried to literally scam me. I don’t recommend it at all.
I had a very disappointing experience at this tire shop. I was charged $120 for a tire that turned out to be extremely worn and heavily used. It felt like they took advantage of the situation, knowing I had no real choice at the time and needed a tire urgently. Customers should be treated fairly and given honest options, not pressured into overpaying for unsafe, low-quality tires. I would not recommend this place .
9:40 PM with a flat tire, and somehow we found this place, it felt like Christmas magic. The Latino gentleman there was incredibly kind and honest. He barely spoke any English but helped us replace the tire with a good-condition used one for flat fee $85 (decent price for late night and close to Xmas), all in less than 10 minutes on a Saturday before Christmas. This is amazing and probably only happens in NYC with such hardworking people. Thank you to the shop for your help, I really appreciate it!
Quick services, solid market prices. Had two holes, good Spanish speaking worker took care of us in less than 30 mins. They should post their prices menu so customers know prior, actually better than some other ones around the area.
Had a flat tire because city streets are horrible the guys that was there said tire not fixable needs to be replaced came up with the price of $120 for a used tire wouldn’t go with dime cheaper because he knew had no options. I agreed to replace the tire which I know he did not balance the tire it says extra $10 for balance what a RIP OFF Stay away place is a rip off used tires usually go between $40-$80 tops and balancing of tires should be always included in price!!! When asked for receipt the guys says no guarantee on tires and no receipts given!!! Over all horrible price and customer service ridiculous!!!!! I have no clue how they got 4 star rating I would give them a ZERO if I could
