I ordered from Adrian’s Florist for an important anniversary surprise. I placed the order on Sept 1 for delivery on Sept 4 and called the shop on Sept 3 to confirm details. I was told the flowers would arrive around 1 PM and that the recipient would receive a call beforehand. Based on that, I told my partner to stay home all afternoon and to pick up any unknown number because a surprise was on the way. No one called. Nothing arrived on Sept 4. The only update I received was from my partner telling me that the delivery never came. When I called the shop again, I was met with excuses. Only after I pushed hard did the flowers finally get delivered on Sept 5, a full day late. There was no proactive communication, no heads-up that the promised date and time would be missed, and no effort to minimize the impact on the surprise we had planned. This was not a cheap order (about $71.50 for Teleflora’s Enchanted Cottage – Standard, plus delivery and taxes). For that price, I expect basic reliability: deliver on the date you promise or, at a minimum, inform the customer promptly so plans can be adjusted. Instead, my partner waited at home for nothing, the surprise was spoiled, and I had to chase the shop just to get the order fulfilled a day late. I asked about some form of compensation for the failed delivery, but they showed no interest in making things right. Their website claims they are “committed to offering only the finest arrangements, backed by service that is friendly and prompt” yet my experience was the exact opposite. There was no care, no promptness, and certainly no extra mile taken for the customer. To the owner: please avoid making specific time promises you can’t meet, actually call the recipient when you say you will, and contact the customer immediately if delays occur. That’s the minimum standard for occasions as important as an anniversary.
I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks for the beautiful floral arrangement you created for my sister Krishon’s funeral. The blue and white flowers were absolutely stunning and brought a sense of peace and beauty to a very difficult day. With appreciation❤️
I didn't have an order set and wanted to pick up some flowers for my partner when I pick them up from the airport. Everyone there was nice and understanding, and allowed me to pick what I wanted. I picked a small amount of flowers for a very reasonable price. Wish I could've chosen more, but I had to be mindful of not being able to keep them around for long since my partner would be leaving and not be able to take them along. Overall, it's really nice and understanding people. Do recommend if you're in a pinch or want to get something for someone.
I spent over $80 for a DELUXE Valentine’s Day bouquet to be delivered to my fiancée. I placed the order 3 weeks in advance. Around 1:30 PM I called to get an eta. I was met with hostility right when they picked up the phone. I figured it was a hectic day for them so I replied with nothing but kindness the entire call. I was told “We’re closing and out of flowers.” I politely said “You should have at least 1 bouquet because I placed the order 3 weeks ago.” She put me on the phone with her manager who said asked me my address then snippily replied “It’s on the truck.” Before I could even finish saying “Thank you, I hope your day gets better” they hung up. At 4:00 PM the flowers were finally delivered by a lovely lady. She was the only good part about this experience. When I saw the flowers I wanted to cry. It was half greenery, 4 roses and some carnations. They clearly made up a bouquet with whatever they had left. If I had placed the order day of I would understand, but they had 3 weeks notice. My one gift that I was able to get my fiancée because I had major surgery 3 days prior was absolute garbage. You can see what I ordered vs. what I got. I know substitutions can be made but it wasn’t even close. I tried to email them directly but they don’t have any address on their website and I refuse to call and speak to a angry employee again.
Thanks to Ms. Lisa and Mr. Larry, I was able to purchase an order of flowers on the spot for my co-therapist! They were both very friendly, sweet, and conversational. Not only was I able to purchase as soon as I walked in but Ms. Lisa fixed my right sandal (scroll to the end of the photos). The sandals lasted throughout trips to two other stores! My co-therapist loved them and so did my other colleagues once they laid eyes on them 🌺🌸🌹🌼
