Wouldn’t recommend for a multitude of reasons. And this review is done to the correct company 1) the entire building I live in had their air con installed by them. A very large number of us have had to had our remotes replaced (some even multiple times) over the last 30 months due to faults. All the remotes are “not under warranty” and thus every time the charge you both a call out fee and a new remote. Feels incredibly dishonest specially given the large number or replacement - you would almost certainly know that is the problem. 2) Messy accounting - I keep getting reminders to pay and overdue invoice that was paid months ago. Again - just feels like yet another dishonest gimmick to make money 3) After finally agreeing to have a call out - the person who came in didn’t access nor check the unit or anything else about it. Just looked at the monitor and charged me for a call out service. There are so many other companies out there. Would highly advise against this one. Below chat form the residents of our building - over 200 units. And it’s all common knowledge that is all a gimmick to take money.
The team at advanced air recently completed an installation of a new air conditioning system in our living room. Throughout the entire process, the team were helpful and responsive & the installation process was seamless. I have recommended their services to all my friends & family & will continue to use them in the future!
I recently had Advanced Air Conditioning supply and install new ducted air conditioning in both our home and our commercial premises, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the initial quotation right through to completion, the service was exceptional. Clinton visited both locations to assess our existing systems and recommend the new Daikin units, and the proposals we received were clear, detailed, and accurate. The new systems perform beautifully, the installation was spotless and highly professional, and the technicians — Mitch and Richard — were an absolute pleasure to have in both our home and office. If you’re considering a new air conditioning system or replacing an old one, I can confidently recommend giving Advanced Air Conditioning a call. They truly deliver excellent service.
Thank You Clinton, Mitch and Rich I highly recommend Clinton from Advanced Air Conditioning Clinton was reliable, professional, and really knows his stuff when it comes to Daikin systems. The installation team—Mitch and Rich—are really knowledgeable and did fabulous, neat tidy work and Clinton checked in to make sure everything was progressing as per plan. The only thing we were left with was beautiful new fresh air conditioning ! No mess. We love our new ducted system and will only use Advanced Air to service our new Daikin system. Thanks heaps Clinton, Mitch and Rich.
Advanced Air Conditioning were great from start to finish. I've used them several times now, they are very well priced and the finished product looks great, none of the aircons we have had installed over the last 5 years have had any issues. The installers were very helpful in working in with my family and cleaning up as they went. I've recommended them to several friends and family all who have had they same experience. I will definitely continue to use them in the future.
