A mouse had a feast this Christmas while I was away. I called several companies and decided to use Advantage. They're local, privately owned and had great pricing. I'm even more impressed with the service - on time, thorough inspection, took time to explain things, addressed the problem and will do follow up until there's no evidence of mice in my home. Can't say enough good things about my experience with this company from the first phone call to the first house call. Highly recommend them!
I was super impressed with Johnnathan on our initial visit as he learned about our mice situation and began asking a lot of great questions to understand the problem. After learning about where the mice were most prevalent, he did a lot of looking around, getting into cabinets and behind appliances and down in the basement to understand the coming and going aspects of our mouse infestation. Also, a thorough exterior survey revealed a few key places where the mice are likely entering. He patched up those areas and also set traps in strategic areas. I have a great deal of confidence that this is going to fix the situation. This is the third time I have hired Advantage and they are always on top of it , And without any pressure of long-term contracts and other sales pitches
Advantage Pest Control is awesome. They always get the job done and take care of my home well. I’ve been working with them since 2018 (8 years - wow!) at two houses and have never had a single thought about going with someone else. They’ve helped us with black widows, ants, wasps, other random insects, and mice. I’ve appreciated that they are honest and have told us if a service would be overkill and we could just take care of something on our own or if it’s worth having them really dig in. It’s clear they care about their customers and doing business with integrity. Abel just came by and is so friendly and explains everything. I’ve also had Johnnathan, David, and of course, Jim, service our home. They are all excellent.
Jim reassured that my concerns were addressed. And confident I only needed one application but feel free to call back. I appreciate how he went around the house to make sure there were no others nests. Great job!!!! Thank you Jim.
I had a big yellow jacket hive in my yard. I called Advantage and they sent out Jim. He was great. He got rid of the bees and they haven’t come back. You could tell that Jim had a lot of experience the way he took care of them. I will use Advantage again for sure.
