Our heater broke mid-January and Moe was sent the next day! He arrived early in his allotted window and diagnosed the issue quickly. Since it required ordering a part, him and his supervisor expedited it and returned two days later with the part and installed it in an hour. Moe was very polite, communicative and professional, thank you guys!
I hired Aeromark for an extensive issue with my ductless mini-split system. After having a horrible experience with another HVAC provider, Aeromark came in and quickly repaired the condenser and ensured the units were working properly. I can highly recommend the firm, specifically Rem as the sales coordinator and Jose as the service technician were nothing short of amazing. They are professional, communicate well, and are quick! I’m glad I finally found a company I can trust after being let down by other HVAC companies.
First, some context. As a Business Consultant of over 40 years, I trained hundreds of Service Oriented employees in hundreds of companies. Hence, I am VERY demanding and exact. I rank Aeromark a solid 10 out of 10 in every way. They responded to my emergency (no heat) within minutes and scheduled a professional right away. Joe, the technician, was knowledgeable and a true diagnostician. Parts were ordered for the next day, and my issues were resolved promptly and priced fairly. I was also able to interact with one of the managers and was given The White Glove treatment. I highly recommend Aeromark, something I do not often do.
