I was totally floored to find out all of the things that needed to be addressed. Water pump, broken engine mounts, thermostat housing backing. We went in for replacement of the transmission and found this other work needed to be done. I'm so grateful for the thouroghness of the care taken for the work being done. The service is top notch and professional. The staff is very knowledgeable, courteous, and will advise customers on work that is often overlooked by other shops. Took my car to get a few things done and didn’t realize they shuttle you back home while they work on your car which was incredible! Unfortunately they couldn’t complete my inspection due to the state of my car. They were very honest and upfront, didn’t charge me for this inspection since they couldn’t complete it, did send me pictures and comments that were made so I could see for myself/send to someone else if I wanted another opinion, and even recommended me trusted car dealerships near by. The staff was so kind and caring through everything. I truly was treated like family and I know I will be back in the future with my new car knowing I’m in good hands. I love that it’s also a family owned business too. I 1000% would recommend to everyone!

Spent quite a bit of money on my 2012 Nissan frontier it needed a reman transmission installed. I also had rotors and pads,rear shocks done too, that Midas put on which I think were junk and a rip off. A new radiator, tie rods inner and outer alignment lot of work. Summer, Mark and Kyle are very nice people. The parts I had warranty through Midas. Summer got with their suppliers and had the warranties honored,So I feel that truck was worth it and I'm happy with the work and all the effort that Affinity Automotive put into thank you. And if you didn't thanks for cleaning and detailing sure look cleaner then when I drop it off LOL.
