I had two laptops that needed to be repaired. The first one needed the keyboard replaced, and there were too many issues on the Dell laptop to name. Will and Team were awesome. Both laptops are working great! The Dell laptop is running like new again. I highly recommend Affordable Computer Repair! Great service and great prices!
I called with my laptop problem and Will tried to help me fix it over the phone - told me to wait about 3 hours then call him back if it did not work. It didn't, so I called him - he told me to bring it in for a free evaluation and that they would call me with a price to fix it. I took it to the Westcreek Drive location and dropped it off... in just a little bit they called telling me they could fix it for an affordable price and that I could pick it up the same day. I went and got my laptop and I am VERY HAPPY! I will be back if I need them again! Great Service and price!
Will seemed like a very honest and trust-worthy man since the first phone call. Instantly I knew I wanted to do business with him. He was very helpful and explained everything in detail and I knew right off the bat a ball-park range of what I was going to be paying. Will picked up my computer within 30 minutes of me notifying him (Saturday) I woke up Sunday morning with a text from Will telling me everything that was wrong with the computer and that everything had been fixed! He even delivered the computer back to me on a Sunday (they're closed on sundays) I definitely recommend Affordable Computer Repair and I will be using his services again in the future!!! 10/10
Excellent service, I brought my desktop in on a Saturday morning and it was repaired and ready for pickup on Monday morning. I would have had to wait two weeks for an appointment to dropoff at the big box computer repair place, and then wait some more for an estimate. ACR was also very reasonably priced, with free diagnosis. You just can't beat this kind of service, and it's independently owned. Support your local community, not corporations.
My laptop has been down for 5 months I was told by Best Buy and Office Depot it would be cheaper to buy a new laptop. I called this company on Wednesday absolutely loved the price got my laptop back Thursday early morning and I’m so happy with the service. Thank you so much especially with online schooling about to start. Great work. Highly recommend!!
