STAY AWAY. Would leave 0 stars if possible. They charged me over $1200 18 months ago to replace parts on a NEW HVAC SYSTEM that I could buy for $93. That is well over a 500% markup. The SAME parts failed again just now and I was told warranty was only one year. It was only after I confronted them telling them I contacted the manufacturer and the manufacturer confirmed the warranty is 5 years did Air Experts budge on the warranty. They also installed our water heater in 2023 and since then a part on it FAILED two times in less than two years and the second time they tried to charge me and only again conceded once I brought this up. Labor for warranty replacements is only covered if you're part of their predatory "comfort club" so in essence you're still paying, just formatted differently. Incredibly exploitative pricing, clearly incapable and incompetent technicians and managers, and overall horrible company. Pick quite literally any other company if you want quality service or equipment that lasts.
Spending this kind of money is scary. I had 3 different quotes before I moved forward. In the end, I chose Air Experts because Craig Sopo (Sales Rep) was honest and up front. He did not bash the competition and did not contradict himself in any way. Plus his professionalism was unparalleled. Also the price was fair and competitive (replaced 3 full units). Then the team showed up on time and was extremely professional and friendly. Johnny Ballard , Kurt and team so you have their names. They did all the work in 7 1/2 hours!!! It was seamless and comforting. If you are struggling to choose someone as I did give the guys a chance. I HIGHLY recommend them and have told my colleagues and neighbors about them with contact information. I want to say Thank you to them and this GREAT review was earned.
I cannot say enough good things about this Clarence. Over the past year, he has been to my home multiple times—first to repair a broken sewer line, then to fix a leaking water line, and most recently for routine maintenance on my water heater. Every single experience has been exceptional. He is hands down one of the most knowledgeable plumbers I’ve ever met. He takes immense pride in his work, explains everything clearly, and makes sure every job is done right the first time. You can tell he truly cares about the quality of his work and the people he’s helping. From major repairs to routine maintenance, everything he touches is done to a top-notch standard. It’s rare to find someone so skilled, professional, and trustworthy in this industry. I feel incredibly lucky to have found him and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone who wants honest, high-quality plumbing work
I recently used Air Experts for two major projects in my older home: a full HVAC package unit and a water heater replacement. Because I live in an older house, I was focused on integrating modern efficiency while ensuring long-term compatibility. From the start, their team was incredibly responsive. For both the HVAC and the water heater, I shopped around to ensure I was getting the best value. While one quote was right on the money, the other was a bit high initially; however, they were fantastic about working with me on price and scope to remain competitive. They also went above and beyond to help me maximize available rebates. The installations were scheduled quickly since both units were "down," and the crews were top-notch. I was particularly impressed by the water heater team. They converted my old electric tank to a gas tankless system, which required running a new recirculating line and 50 feet of gas line through a crawl space. They worked tirelessly until the job was done. The finished work was clean, polished, and they took the time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend Air Experts for anyone looking for quality work and great communication.
Excellent service! Jackson (Sales Rep.) was very kind and professional. He guided us through options on a split unit for our garage, with a non-pressure approach. Life challenged us, and we had to postpone the project. A year later we were ready, and Jackson once again gave us updated options. He explained advantages and risks of different options, and provided technical data to let us know what unit sizes would work for our space. Paperwork was super easy and quick, and installation was scheduled at our convenience. Steven (installer) not only arrived on time, but we got a courtesy message he was on his way. Upon arrival, Steven took the time to ask what were our plans for the space, and made suggestions based on his field experience. We discussed real world operation of the unit, and how tbe location of the installation could affect any future changes or upgrades to the garage (which i had not considered at all... maybe i want to add cabinets in 6 months, or install a TV.) We even talked about HOA, and how best place external unit to meet future compliance. It was a great conversation and made me feel like a friend was helping me improve my work space. It was not just an installation... it was making my space better with a proper installation. The installation took few hours (quicker than I expected), the internal and external units ended up "showroom" quality. As a technician myself, I appreciated Steven attention to detail on the installation and teaching how to operate and maintain the unit. I'm super happy with the work! The recommended unit is perfect for the space (super quiet too!), the price was within fair market range, and the installation was done by technicians that take pride in their work. "Do it right the first time, every time." Pics mid-installation... even better after completion. Looking forward to a great relationship with Air Experts. Highly recommended. 👍🏼
