Two different HVAC companies left me in a terrible position—one completely ghosted me for over a month, and the other kept insisting on replacing part after part without ever actually diagnosing or fixing the real problem. I was almost convinced that I would need to replace the entire system. On a friend’s recommendation, I finally called Air Innovations, and from the very first phone call, I knew this experience was going to be different. I later learned I was speaking directly with the owner, and not for a single second did he make me feel unheard or dismissed. He patiently listened to the entire saga and assured me that his team would identify the real issue and be honest about whether it was truly fixable. Josh came out and, within no time, identified that the entire wiring had been completely messed up by prior companies. With incredible patience, expertise, and attention to detail, they carefully undid the mess and reconnected everything intelligently and correctly—and voilà, the system was fixed. No unnecessary replacements. No upselling. Just honest, skilled work. They didn’t rush out either. They stayed, double-checked everything, made sure I was comfortable, and reassured me that I could reach out anytime if needed. After weeks of emotional stress and feeling taken advantage of, Air Innovations genuinely restored my faith in humanity and service providers. As someone who takes pride in being ethical and genuine in my own profession, this meant everything to me. I am deeply grateful to this team and cannot recommend Air Innovations highly enough. I found Air Innovations a little over a year ago and wish I had found them sooner. Last year I had 2 other companies come out and not fix my A/C correctly. Finally I found this company and Travis (the owner) came out himself and was in my million degree attic himself and fixed the problem and actually took the time to explain what was going on. I’ve now had some maintenance done a few times and had my HVAC replaced. I ended up having them come out a few times after the replacement (nothing that was their fault) for some questions I had and there did end up being a manufacture issue. They were great following up. I’ve had great overall experience but a special shout out to Andrew who really took his time to make sure I understood the operation and thoroughly explained everything to me at the end of the day. Awesome company!
I highly recommend Air Innovations for any HVAC maintenance or repairs. We've worked with Justin to help repair some issues from our units that were installed by a different (much less reputable) company. Each time he visited, Justin was on time, took the time to explain the issue in detail, and walked us through the various options. We are extremely happy with the service provided by Justin and the Air Innovations team and will be using them for all our HVAC needs going forward!
