Fantastic service!! They got a tech out the same day I called. The service tech was on time, very polite & explained everything to me. He was very knowledgeable & I have a heat pump system which is not very common in this area. He took the time to listen to the issues I was having. On top of the absolutely top notch service the fees are so reasonable!!
Booked an appointment online Wednesday afternoon for next day. The technician contacted me that he could come 30 minutes early… I was very happy with that. Christian was very friendly and polite. He analyzed the heating problem and explained it all to me very clearly and gave me all my options. I okayed it and he went to work. He fixed it all and was finished within 45 minutes of his arrival. I am so happy with this small company and will definitely be a return customer. I highly recommend them.
Excellent service. I called in the middle of a heat wave, and Alex Maldonado made time to come over and give us an estimate. He takes good care of his customers and even stopped by to check on the progress during install. Inspections went smoothly, and they came out immediately when the inspector noted a few corrections were needed. The HVAC works great. Highly recommend.
I would highly recommend Airmech Heating and Cooling to service your HVAC system or install a new HVAC. I had to replace my gas HVAC system and I decided to go with an electric heat pump system. From Alex Maldonado who came to the house to explain our options to Fernando, Hector and Christian who removed the old and installed the new everything when like clock work. They were at my house on time ready to go to work. Any questions I asked they answered in a very professional way. I am very pleased with the service from Airmech Heating and Cooling.
I had such a positive experience with Airmech Heating & Air Conditioning today. Our AC system is about 18 years old, and I was worried that a technician might pressure us into a replacement we didn’t want. From the moment Christian arrived, he immediately put me at ease. I told him right away that I wasn’t looking to replace my AC, and he kindly reassured me that replacement is always the very last option, not the first. That alone made me feel so much more comfortable. Christian carefully listened to our description of the problem and then got to work. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty contactor. Since my husband has some electrical knowledge and wanted to replace the part himself to save money, Christian was completely understanding. Instead of pushing us, he encouraged us, even explaining where we could get the part and reminding us about safety precautions. Thanks to his accurate diagnosis and kind approach, my husband was able to replace the part, and our AC is now working perfectly again. It’s rare to find a technician who combines skill, honesty, and such a reassuring manner. Christian truly went above and beyond, and I can’t thank him enough.
