The service center was very helpful in setting me up for the same day appointment . I had a leak from the hvac and the service call was taken up by Dustin. He was very professional and was able to identify the issue quickly and provide a fix. Happy with the experience.
Phil had a great personality, knew his stuff and was a complete professional. He completed warranty work for us, called before coming out, covered his shoes when coming in, and completed his work quickly. He explained the work that needed done before completing so you understand exactly how the problem came to be and how it will be fixed.
I had a couple of concerns with my HVAC system, and Dustin and James from Airtron did an excellent job addressing them. They arrived on time, took the time to properly diagnose the situation, and clearly explained the next steps. One issue was fully resolved during the visit, and the remaining item is already planned with parts on order. Their professionalism, clear communication, and commitment to making sure everything is handled the right way really stood out. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and appreciate the support from the Airtron team. Highly recommend.
We just bought a new home and had a Google Thermostat installed by DUSTIN. He was absolutely incredible. He was very knowledgeable, respectful, Kind and easy to talk to and understand not to mention everything was done in a timely manner! He explained everything throughly which made the process a breeze. I'm very happen with our New Thermostat. If I need anything done for this company again, DUSTIN will DEFINITELY be the person my family reaches out to he knows exactly what he's doing. Thank you so much DUSTIN! You're Awesome 😎
We reached out to Airtron to add an Aprilaire whole house dehumidifier, move some pvc vent pipes and add an “Air Scrubber” unit by Activepure to our HVAC System. Rob was my contact and did a great job getting me a quote for the items I needed. He scheduled and coordinated installation with an outstanding team of technicians: Ryan, John, and Cooper. They worked straight through to get the entire job done all on the same day. Mission accomplished! Rob and Ryan went over the operation, maintenance, and warranty information for everything. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Everything you hope for! I also signed up for Airtron’s annual maintenance program which was an amazing deal! Definitely 5 Star service!
