We were having issues with our washer draining into the wall and we wanted to get our plumbing and heating systems inspected since this was a new home purchase and we were skeptical of the condition. These guys were PHENOMENAL! They were timely, helpful, and extremely thorough. They found a gas leak coming from our furnace and immediately fixed it. They were polite and did not treat us like we were stupid which can be common among repairmen. I am thankful we found them.
I want to shout out Miguel Ortiz here and my whole experience with ABQ Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. The month after we moved in to our new house the 25 year old furnace died of course. Miguel helped us with a fast assessment and full replacement. The whole customer service experience was like, outstanding - truly above and beyond from the whole team. Miguel was super professional, reliable, did great work, was super available for questions, very trustworthy and helped me navigate the whole process. I would 10/10 recommend and will absolutely be doing any home project I possible can with this team.
Brian Detommaso did an excellent job on our furnace. He took the time to thoroughly clean out the system, find the root cause of the issue, and fix it properly. He clearly explained what was happening, why it caused the noise and shutdowns, and walked me through how to prevent the issue in the future. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and patient he was, and how he took the time to educate me about the HVAC system. The furnace is now running quietly and normally. I’d also like to give a shout out to Peter from the management team for taking my concerns seriously and helping get the issue resolved by coordinating with the team. His communication and support made a big difference.
Chris had outstanding service, he went above and beyond from start to finish. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. The work was done quickly, cleanly, and the results were perfect. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about the quality of their work, but he definitely does. I couldn’t be happier with the service and will absolutely be calling him again for any future HVAC or plumbing needs. Highly recommend!”
I recently had a new HVAC system installed. After careful consideration, I chose Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. From start the start of the assessment to the completion of the job, they were professional, friendly, and thorough. I especially want to commend Cameron who was the lead installer! Did a great job and communicated throughout the installation! Also, want to mention Aaron who was also a tech on the installation. They worked together well to complete the job! Thanks to Josh, the initial tech that came out to assess the new installation and provide me a quote. He was up against some tough competition from other HVAC companies, he excelled and Josh was the clear choice. He represents this company well! I have spoken to numerous office personnel.
