I cannot say enough positive about my experience at Alexander’s Jewelers, especially the exceptional service I received from Shane while making the most important purchase of my life. I value communication, timeliness, and high-quality service. Shane exceeded every expectation. When I first reached out, I provided only a few key details about what mattered to me. Not only did Shane respond immediately with thoughtful recommendations, but when I arrived at the store he had a curated selection prepared in advance. The precision and intention behind that selection were remarkable, with specific stone cuts in a style of setting that I could not find anywhere else in Columbus. The result was perfection. I am beyond happy with my Christopher Designs engagement ring, and I cannot speak highly enough about the entire purchasing experience. My now-fiancé (thank you, Shane and Alexander’s Jewelers) was absolutely stunned by the ring. I also want to highlight the speed and craftsmanship of the team who added a diamond to the inside of the band and resized the ring. The turnaround time, communication, and quality were unmatched. I was looking for a specific watch—the Cartier Must 21—for my daughter’s 21st birthday, ideally made in 2004, the year she was born, since Cartier discontinued this model shortly after. Thanks to a friend’s recommendation, I found Alexander’s Jewelers. Alex went above and beyond—professional, trustworthy, and attentive—helping me find exactly what I was hoping for. On her birthday, I was able to give my daughter a timeless piece that celebrates both her past and her future. I’m so grateful to Alexander’s Jewelers for making it possible.
The watch staff was super helpful in a quick spring bar replacement! Service was excellent and they also put my watch on a timegrapher to show its accuracy. While waiting I perused their nice watch offerings.
Alexander was outstanding and extremely knowledgeable. His non-pressure presentation and discussion regarding several Rolex watches that I looked at was reason that within 15 minutes I purchased based on his honesty and genuine care and compassion on quality timepieces. Adam the gentleman that sized my Rolex and completed the transaction was simply a pleasure to work with. His desire for customer satisfaction was remarkable. You can tell these gentlemen care about their customers and want to create lifelong relationships.
I bought a Tissot Chronograph Classic from them and the experience was perfect. I initially came in for that and a different watch in mind but they were out of stock. The special order process was quick and easy with Adam B, who helped me all throughout the process. He has amazing communication letting me know where the watch was throughout the process and up to pick up. I'd definitely recommend Alexander's Jewelers and Adam for your next watch, I had a wonderful experience.
