I can’t say enough about the service and professionalism! I brought an outdated Samsung S8 in for a new battery and to recover the data that was thought to be long gone. It truly was a miracle that the data was restored and the back cover and battery were replaced. The Samsung S8 is working with no issues. Thank you All Day iFix!!
Phenomenal customer service and quality repairs! I have come here two times for screen protectors, and camera protectors for my iPhone and the experience is always great. Highly recommend!
I thought I was going to save some money and time by buying my own USB port for my phone. Amazon sent me the wrong one, and the tech went above and beyond by proving it to me by letting me see it under his scope that the pins do not line up. Of course in order to do this, it takes time to take the phone apart and put it together, and I was low on cash. They had the oppourtunity to try to upsell me or leverage me but instead the tech revealed to me that my phone had wireless charging. Something I did not know, and something they did not have to tell me. Instead of making more money off of me, they were honest and still gave me the solution. This was a few years back, never got around to posting about it. I just had my console serviced by them recently and they are still sharp and affordable as ever. I rather drop off this review late than never, these are the people you want if they are able to service your electronics. I have been to 3 in the city, and lets just say the other two were complete opposites.
I always have a great experience here. last week I went to ask about a phone battery replacement— they let me know that they could do it for $69, but that the process would involve flexing the screen, and that because my screen already had a crack in it, they may end up having to replace that as well for an extra $100. they said that they would try their best not to break the screen, so I agreed to take the chance. I came back 30 minutes later and my battery had been replaced with the screen still intact! and they had also cleaned out my charging port and replaced my screen protector for free! now that is some great and honest service. I am very happy with my new phone battery as well— it is lasting much longer than the one that the phone came with.
For any of my digital hardware that needs repair/troubleshooting, these folks are honestly the only people I trust. Before sending stuff back to a manufacturer, consider bringing it here first. I had a Podtrak P8 mixer/recorder with a jammed SD card that they were able to unjam for FREE while I waited like 3 minutes. That saved me like $200 for an in-warranty replacement. They do more than just phones!
