I have had a very bad experience with this company and was overcharged the first time around. They owed me for a trip that wasn’t completed. When I mentioned it to Sarah, she was very ruled and unprofessional. This second experience was very professional and my furniture was handled with care and consideration by Robert and his helper. Sorry I didn’t get your name. Overall I want use them company again.
The company itself was okay. I set an appointment for a certain time and they sent our movers out 5 hrs early. I booked just the movers and supplies to wrap furniture and load the truck. The movers arrived with nothing to secure my furniture. However, the 2 movers Chris and Quinn professionally handled everything with care. They were very educated about our furniture and welling to show us how to put it back together. Thank you Chris and Quinn for helping us start our new journey.
Canceled Move, Damaged Furniture, and Unprofessional Service: Extremely Unprofessional and Unreliable — Would Not Recommend My experience with All My Sons Moving & Storage was deeply disappointing from start to finish. The company canceled my original move at the last minute (The company canceled at 6:00 p.m. the night before, citing the driver “lost his license,” asking me if I was comfortable letting him move my belongings without a valid license—an alarming, unprofessional question), then sent an untrained crew who arrived late, smoked near the open garage door, pushed furniture across floors without protection, and caused multiple damages to both property and belongings. Basic care and professionalism were completely lacking. I am uploading only a couple of photos here. Furniture and property were severely damaged: scratched walls and floors, severely dented appliances, grease-stained mattresses (yes, they charge you for the mattress covers, and then did not use them at all), and broken bookcases. A Christmas tree was snapped, refrigerator handle broken, and the truck poorly packed. I filed a formal complaint with the BBB, but the company did not follow through on what they stated in their response. No claims manager ever contacted me—directly or indirectly—despite their promise to do so. This entire process has shown me how unreliable and unprofessional this company is. I strongly advise others to avoid using All My Sons Moving & Storage to prevent similar stress and frustration. I would give 0 stars if it were possible! (Some parts of the review are using the same phrases I used in the BBB complaint.)
Best moving experience I have ever had. These guys; Carlton, Brandon, Marquavious, and Alex were very pleasant and worked none stop getting the job completed quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend All My Sons for your moving service.
Carlton, Chris and Jason were all great. All the furniture was packed well in the truck. They unloaded in a timely manner and placed everything in the house as I asked. These guys deserve a raise. Thanks
