I had a great experience with this company - the crew really reinforced how good it is - Mike, Brandon, & Trinidy were exceptional!! They were so accommodating - they went above & beyond to assist me when I needed that extra help & time during a move when it can be so stressful. They had by back & kept me calm. I really appreciated that in that time of need. They were professional, hard working & very respectful - traits we do not see - I think - enough today. Thank you again so much for making my moving day a great one! I will be definitely recommending you to my friends if they move.
They made dealing with a last minute call so easy and stress free! The guys who’s showed up for the move made it look easy and were able to get the job done without hassle. Gabriela who I spoke to over the phone was extremely helpful and charming with explaining their services and getting me booked and settled for my appointment. Her amazing customer service was a big part in my final decision to choose this company and it was definitely the right one !
The customer service provided by All My Sons Moving & Storage team was amazing! Lee answered all my questions when I called and Jared followed up with a phone call to me, confirming everything with scheduling. I immediately knew I was in good hands. The movers, Eric and Andy arrived on time. They worked very efficiently and carefully wrapped furniture to prevent any damage. I appreciate how respectful and friendly these guys are. They made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. Words cannot express how grateful I am for this company. They truly value their customers and it shows. I highly recommend them! Thank you Eric and Andy for such a pleasant experience! You guys are awesome!! :)
Cody and crew did an excellent job moving us across town into a new home. They worked hard for 6+ hours with minimal breaks. Everything was expertly packed, loaded and delivered. Furniture was carefully broken down and reassembled when necessary. Everything was put in its place at the new house. In addition, the office and the crew made sure we were satisfied before taking payment. We’ve done quite a few moves and this was one of the best! Highly recommend!
BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I thought I had done my proper homework by checking Google reviews. Apparently I didn’t dig deep enough. On July 11, All My Sons sent 2 movers to move from my home into a temporary storage unit. I thought they had done a good job and I gave them generous tips. I was also charged a higher price for fuel charges. On July 31, I had a different moving company move my things from storage to my permanent address. Upon entering the storage that’s when it was discovered that many of my items have been damaged. It appeared that AMS had stood my dresser and dining table up on its end and shoved it on the concrete floor bottom in the storage unit. Both items were scuffed and scratched. Additionally, my stainless steel refrigerator has several dents as well as my fabric headboard has permanent indentations. A glass end table was missing the glass rendering the table useless. A piece was broken off my desk leg. I submitted a damage claim to AMS. Shockingly, they are denying the claim stating that I did not report It to the company at the time of the move and that because it was in a storage they are not responsible. Upon further investigation after this unfortunate situation I found many reviews on yelp where numerous customers experienced the same thing I did. Not to mention, 1,800 complaints with Better Business Bureau! If you value your belongings stay away from this company.
