All My Sons operates with a level of incompetence and bad-faith business practices that should concern anyone considering their services. While the initial packing and placement of my belongings into storage appeared acceptable, the competence ended there. Months later, when my property was scheduled to be delivered to my new residence, the company abruptly asserted an $800 charge that they claimed had never been collected. This charge had never once been disclosed, invoiced, or mentioned during the 11 months in which I paid for storage services. The retroactive introduction of a substantial “fee” at the point of delivery is, at best, deceptive and, at worst, a deliberate attempt to extract additional money under duress. More troubling is the disappearance of my 65” LG television. The unit was in perfect working condition, and I personally observed it being loaded onto the moving truck. I was also shown documentation of the television being picked up on the manager’s device at the time of unloading. Despite this, the television was reported as “missing” upon delivery. The company’s claims department ultimately offered $200 as compensation—an amount that does not remotely reflect the fair market replacement cost of the item. This payout appears designed to minimize liability rather than to provide meaningful restitution for lost property. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Consumers should be aware that All My Sons may impose undisclosed charges after services are rendered, characterize missing property as “lost,” and then offer inadequate compensation that fails to cover even the most basic replacement costs. These practices demonstrate a lack of transparency, accountability, and respect for consumer rights
Company was great, they reached out they were incredibly helpful and worked with my move schedule without question. Movers were awesome, took care of my stuff like it was their own. I was even able to take a meeting while they were moving all my stuff. Then they worked with my building and other movers when the elevator was down. Don’t be discouraged by the sales person, when you talk to the local team you’ll be taken care of.
Jason and his team was extremely professional and went above and beyond. It was so refreshing to see that real customer service still exists. That were detailed, kind, and willing to accommodate with every obstacle that came up.
From the very first call that I made the professionalism was there. When Donte and Joel arrived at my mother's home, they were extremely polite and gracious. My mother is 90 years old and she still had things from When I was baby. I told them to meet their 90 year old grandmother. They both smiled and treated her and her belongings accordingly. I would highly recommend recommend this moving company to all of my friends and colleges. If you can request Donte and Joel, your move will be the least of your problems. Lisa A Crinel
We had never used a moving company before today. Burton and Brandon came out today to move us from Mesquite to a new home 30 miles away. They ended up needing to take our couch apart to get it through the door but it worked and put it all back together as before. They took great care with our things and put everything in the rooms marked on my boxes perfectly. They worked so quickly and efficiently. I even had to make some changes to the placement of some furniture from what I originally thought would work and they were so patient with me and said it was no problem. I have worked my entire life in Customer Service so when I say these gentleman know how to treat their customers I know what I’m talking about. They were so polite and even came back to the door after I had closed it to be sure to let me know that it was so nice to meet me! They did a fantastic job! I would recommend All my Sons Moving & Storage to anyone needing movers. It was a pleasure dealing with such kind and professional people.
