i don't typically do reviews but All Pest Solutions deserves all the best accolades that i can come up with. We have been customers for termites for at least three years. And, on a side note....no one thinks they will get termites but we did in our last house and had replace part of the back of our house...it was very expensive and a mess. get termite protection from All Pest. we recently had a mouse invasion. i am absolutely freaked out about rodents. i called All Pest and said....i am freaking out can you get out here ASAP. there is mouse dropping everywhere in this one room and we can't seem to catch them with our mouse traps. ok..i was freaked...but it's december/xmas time..which is a crazy time of year for us moms. anyway, i didn't call them back for a couple of days...well, their office coordinator called me back twice and the very next day to set up immediate service. (i don't check my phone very often so i wasn't aware until a few days later that they had called and left several messages) when we had All Pest out ....the termite trap inspector was so kind, polite, professional and we have a rescue dog who was abused by men so she barks non stop at strange men in the house or even knocking on our front door...never have i seen our rescue baby take to a man so quickly. if you are a dog lover you know, dogs understand people and get their energy immediately...i was in shock and told him this interaction tells me you a very very kind man. he was very humble and so sweet. on to the rodents.....and the rodent technician.....he was soooo professional., explained that our mice problem was a minor one and baited the room with these different kind of traps i have never heard of before. he frankly thought that the one mouse i didn't know we had gotten was probably the one culprit. he was again, so kind, thorough, professional and so patient with me and my myriad of questions. we own our own business, so i know, it's so hard to find and retain good employees as hard as we try to do so. this company is clearly owned and managed by an awesome person who cares about his people, hires well, retains them and clearly takes care of his customers. just an awesome experience. we will be All Pest customers for LIFE!
Fantastic customer service! They jumped into action when I needed help. It’s a local business and I highly recommend them.
The employees are all professional, kind and prompt to communication and needs. I’m a young new homeowner and had problems and the team helped walk me through without selling or only worrying about taking my money. They showed up on time, were efficient and took care of everything. Also very reasonably priced - won’t use anyone else!
We’ve used All Pest Solutions for almost a decade. They're a highly respected business in the Franklin area and quality customer service (from the office to the field) is an expertise of theirs. Pablo is a great example of the high level of integrity and work ethic that they display each time they knock on your door!
Will was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was his first visit - he was thorough and in/out in about 30 minutes. I do think the service fee is high but if the service keeps the critters away, I can live with that.
