This week was the second house that I used All Year Heating and Air for HVAC services. This company goes above and beyond for its customers. They are responsive, timely, and honest. I highly recommend them!
Our HVAC started working intermittently so we called All Year Heating & Air. We've used them before and found them to be fast and reliable. Cameron Hansen arrived the next day, and checked our system. It turned out to be the thermostat. But he checked everything and found all to be within tolerances. As our house and original HVAC was 22 years old, we asked Cameron his thoughts on a new system. He explained the currant industry, and where California was going (Heat Pumps by 2030, and no gas furnaces would be sold in California. Thanks Gov. NEWSENCE). When we're ready, we'll certainly be calling All Year Heating and Air to install our new system.
We had Allyear install and service our AC since we bought our home. The most recent service they were able to top off the Freon and add sealant to see if that stops a small leak. The tech Sean Schillianskey was knowledgeable and did a great job communicating what he was doing
For all your HVAC needs, I highly recommend All Year Heating & Air Conditioning. From speaking with Vicki in the office to having Cameron, the service technician, come out, the entire experience was smooth and professional. Both were easy to communicate with and incredibly knowledgeable. Not only did they fix my AC and replace the necessary parts, but the work was completed quickly and efficiently. Cameron went above and beyond, taking the time to explain the repairs and offer helpful tips to keep my AC running smoothly. Best of all, the pricing was more than fair and transparent. We have been using All Year Heating & Air for 21 years. I highly recommend them! We had an issue with the fan not turning off. Cameron was able to quickly diagnose the problem and make the repair. He provided us with lots of information on how to maintain our unit throughout the year.
