Very impressed with the service provided by the team during house move. Punctual, flexible and well organised. Made a particularly difficult aspect of the house move fairly easy and would definitely recommend them to other looking to move in the Birmingham area!
The whole process was painless the team made the move from Birmingham to Lincolnshire as pain free as possible, the move from 2 houses to one was a huge thing to do . The team were exceptional in every way they were considerate to my 89 yr old mom , helping her to settle and even get her tv working that really were amazing each and every one of them . We would recommend them , they are faultless and nothing is to much trouble. A huge thank you to Steve and his men .
Moving two properties into one was always going to be a challenge, but thankfully we had asked Allen Family Removals to help us through this process. We were in safe hands. The guys are legends, frankly. Friendly, helpful, respectful - and they all took on four flights of stairs with alacrity, no matter how much hard graft it must have been. Respect to you all. Thanks to Stephen for arranging the removals, the levels of communication put our minds at rest throughout. We'd like you all to know that you really made this stressful time so much easier. Connor and Kieran were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. Arrived on time, they were courteous and worked hard. Best money I’ve ever spent. Hassle free move. Definitely recommend.
Stephen and his team were absolutely amazing with our long distance removal. They were so efficient at packing up the house with so much care and arranged it into our storage unit like a work of art! Stephen was always on hand for any questions and provided packing materials and extra bubble wrap when requested. His team really took the stress out of the moving day itself. Highly recommend.
