During our family trip visiting Houston, we wanted an outdoor adventure with some thrills and indeed we found that with All Start ATV rentals. The trails were great - streams, sand, rocky soil and a little mud made for a great experience. Our guide adapted the ride well to the varying degrees of using experience among us. Thanks to Keith and company. We will see you when we return.
Absolute horrible wasted so much money. The owner is black and so unprofessional. You can tell he is use to customers asking for there money back. He tells you he can’t refund you even though he only accepts cash or Zelle. THIS BUSINESS CANNOT ACCOMMODATE BIG PARTIES!!! The ATV’s are old and broken down. We had a party of 9 and every single one of ATV’s were making different nosies and breaking down while we were riding. The guide was servicing the ATV’s when we got there even though we’ve been in contact for weeks with the owner to ensure he could accommodate us. Don’t waste your TIME OR MONEY!! You will be disappointed. Never again $1000 down the drain. To make it even worse while sitting for 30 minutes because the guides ATV broke down twice in our hour ride. So we were riding in the area waiting for the owner to come and rescue his guide. He said we couldn’t get a refund because we still used the gas and oil I was done with the conversation and walked off that’s absolutely insane. DONT SHOP BLACK!!!!!
We had a GREAT time !!! The trail was just like it was on the videos that gained my interest . The price was unmatched , the tour guide was very nice , he let us just have fun ! Kieth was also amazing with communicating and keeping us updated !!! Definitely 100/10 ..
SO MUCH FUN. I did so much research trying to find the best trails in houston area and I kept coming back to this one. 100% worth the money. great, long trails; the owner and our guide were both very helpful and kind! we will def have to come back!!
This is my third time booking with them, and they are amazing each time! They are very helpful with navigating the ATVs, and the booking process is always easy and enjoyable. The trails are long, and it's definitely worth the time to book with them. If you're in the Houston area or considering a visit, I highly recommend booking with them. This is a great example of black excellence!
