I was hit in a parking lot and lost the rear bumper and some sensors. Dave went above and beyond to make sure it looks exactly like it did before the accident. He was responsive to all my texts and kept me in the loop all the way. If there was a problem, he took care of it and let me know, as best he could, how the repair was going and when my car would be available. I would sincerely recommend Allstar Collision to anyone with a car issue.
David and his expert collision repairmen qualify as unmatched an superior than any collision repair shops. David made certain that nothing was left unturned in regards to replacing parts with only my specific Jeep parts. David is an advocate for his consumers and settles for nothing but the best from all of the insurance companies for his clients. He is amazing as well as his staff. I recommend All Star Collision as the only alternative for excellent service. My Jeep looks beautiful.
I cannot say enough good things about Dave and Allstar Collision. My son commutes to school locally and got into a little fender bender. I worked with Dave entirely over the phone (I'm not local). He was responsive, flexible (my son could only come in on Thursdays) and quickly arranged for an estimate. He gave us a few options to help us with price and then did the work almost immediately and exactly for the price discussed. Plus, the work was exactly as he promised. Would recommend using this shop without ANY hesitation.
My car was damaged by another vehicle and it had been a long time since I have had to deal with this. Dave walked me through the entire process of dealing with the insurance company, explained how they determine what they pay, etc. He was more than patient and went above and beyond to communicate and meet with me. The work Allstar did is stellar and I am very satisfied with my whole experience working with them.
I'm beyond satisfied with my vehicle after picking it up yesterday. My vehicle had significant rear end damage. From start to finish was a great experience. Dave was extremely helpful with contacting the other party's insurance company also setting me in a rental vehicle through Enterprise. The crew in shop are experienced professionals, they made my vehicle look better than it was before the accident. Then the finishing touch by detailing the inside. Very happy with service!!
