I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this location. I am eloping in a couple weeks. I understand that in the bridal world, this is last minute. I had just purchased my wedding dress and it needs minor alterations. I have used alterations express before, but not this location. I’m already in a panic because my wedding dress arrived late. I didn’t realize for bridal, I needed to make an appointment. I went to the North Olmsted location asking if they would be able to help. I walked in and one of the ladies asked if I had an appointment, and I said no and explained my situation. She asked when my wedding day was and I told her September 13th. The woman cut me off right away and interrupted me. She said no, they wouldn’t be able to help and there was nothing they could do. I told her all I needed was a hem and a couple minor adjustments around my straps. She shook her head and said no try another location. As I mentioned, I know this is last minute, but she made me feel horrible and I ended up walking out crying in my car because of how rude she was to me. She could have had a different approach when she told me no. Work on your customer service! That is not how you treat people! I found someone else that is going to help me and have my dress done in plenty of time and treated me with respect! I will be going there from now on!
Absolutely amazing Job!!! When I purchased the dress it was huge in my upper body and mid section after these lovely ladies altered my dress it fit amazingly and made my special day absolutely wonderful!!! Thank you all so much!!!
I had the best wedding alteration experience with Irina at Alteration's Express. She was so easy to work with, and made the process fun and supportive. I felt like she really took time to look at every detail, so my wedding dress would fit flawlessly. Her work was meticulous, and alterations were finished when she said they would be. I would 100% recommend her to any bride - or anyone for that matter!
Alterations Express did an amazing job altering my wedding gown. Everything from removing the train, hemming, and securing the bust turned out perfectly. The staff was terrific... Everyone was friendly and professional. Very reasonably priced and timely. Highly recommend! (The wedding gown was purchased from Formality Bridal in Geneva, OH)
I recently had an incredible experience at Alterations Express in North Olmsted, and I can't say enough good things about their service! As a first-time client, I called in a bit of a panic, asking if they could alter a dress for me and have it ready by the next day. I live an hour away, so I was hoping for a quick and seamless process. From the moment I walked in, the staff was accommodating and welcoming. When I tried the dress on, one of the staff members realized she needed additional assistance because of the delicate tulle on the gown. That's when Irina, the manager, stepped in. Irina was nothing short of amazing! She was incredibly thorough, taking the time to ask exactly what I wanted. I admitted that I wasn’t sure since I’m not a seamstress, and she immediately took charge, offering suggestions that would work best for the dress. Irina also reviewed the pricing with me, ensuring no surprises, and devised an excellent solution to perfect the dress. Throughout the entire process, she was kind, patient, and attentive. Her professionalism and expertise made all the difference, and I felt confident and satisfied. The dress turned out beautifully, and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Irina and Alterations Express, for your exceptional service! I will definitely be returning for future alterations, even with the hour-long drive. I highly recommend it!
