It's a great place to have fun, but easily a dumping ground for some parents to drop off their kids and disappear while their kids are acting up and the staff just looks the other way. Some kids are just bad, let's be honest here. But in general it's a great place for kids and parties. There is off duty law enforcement present the times we have been there, especially in the evening hours which is good. They have a lower price option that starts about 2-3 hours before closing which is a good option. Fill out the liability waiver online before going there to save some time. The food there is not the greatest and refreshments come as a premium. So eat before you go. 5 bottles of water was about $22...lol. But, we do go there frequently if we aren't going to Big Air in Hiram.
Good enough for the kiddos-I suppose The bathroom was squeezy bleachy clean-thank you for that I always wonder how do they clean the play area (in between) The front desk lady* had a challenge getting us checked in. We had to assist her with assisting us. We finally found a solution and we were squared away. Seems like another process could be done I saw Cobb sitting out front. I felt more comfortable with their presence (Google it) Overall- it’s closer to home and it gave the kiddos something to do
We had such a great time at Altitude Trampoline Park! My kids had an absolute blast jumping, climbing, and playing. They didn’t want to leave for nothing in this world. The park was clean, well-maintained, and had a wide variety of activities that kept them entertained for hours. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. It’s the perfect place for kids to burn off energy while having fun. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!
My son and his friends love this place. We always come early to beat the rowdy crowd. The food tastes like normal concession stand food so just get popcorn and slushy’s. It’s nice they let you bring your socks back so you don’t have to keep buying them. Would recommend.

From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, safe, and well-maintained the entire facility was. The atmosphere is bright, energetic, and super family-friendly — perfect for kids and adults alike. There are tons of jumping zones and activities — from trampolines to foam pits and obstacle courses. Our son had such an amazing time that we ended up getting him a full membership, so he can come back and have fun anytime he wants! It’s the perfect way for him to stay active and social in a safe, exciting environment. The staff was welcoming, the energy was positive, and the place is full of laughter and movement. If you’re looking for a fun and clean place for kids to play and burn energy, Altitude Austell is a top-tier choice!
