This place is unbelievable!!! (In a good way 😂) especially because of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and very attentive from the moment we walked in. The staff did a great job making sure everyone was safe while still letting the kids have fun, which really stood out. The park itself was clean, well-maintained, and full of fun activities that kept everyone entertained. I would definitely recommend Altitude Trampoline Park to anyone looking for a fun, safe, and positive experience. We’ll absolutely be coming back!
I would give 0 stars if I could... Oceanside Resident here and this was my first time visiting with my boys (My sons have been here at this location in the past) and it'll my last... Location is run by teenagers and it was brought to my attention that after paying a significant amount for a family of 4-That we are only able to use their branded socks... We walked in south the Get Air branded socks with no issue and halfway through our time, they approached my son. Needless to say, no refund was honored and we were no longer able to jump and finish out our time. Didn't appreciate the way staff approached my son on multiple instances.
We’ve been to several trampoline parks, and this one is hands-down my son’s favorite. The employees actually engage with the kids and genuinely look out for them, which makes a huge difference as a parent. The facility is clean, well-run, and feels safe. Overall, it’s easily the best trampoline park around. Highly recommend.
Extremely Disappointed with how Parties are ran here I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience at Altitude Park was so frustrating I had to share. The party manager, Ashley, was completely unprofessional and down right rude. From the start, communication was poor. she didn’t confirm the details I gave her call back I left a message with front desk. She tried saying it was because I didn’t answer the phone call for confirmation. I called back if the staff you were there if the employee didn’t give you the information I wanted then that’s a staffing issues. That needs to be addressed. When I tried to ask for help, she had an attitude and acted like I was a bother instead of a paying customer. Several guests noticed how rude she was. The kids still had fun, but the overall experience was stressful and not worth the price. Altitude really needs to train their staff better especially those managing parties. I wouldn’t recommend booking a party here unless they get someone more professional running things.
Fun, Clean, and Great for All Ages! We had an awesome time at San Dimas Altitude Trampoline Park! The place is super clean and well-maintained, which made it really comfortable to let the kids run wild and have fun. There’s a great variety of activities — from wall-to-wall trampolines to dodgeball, basketball, and even a foam pit — something for everyone to enjoy, no matter their age. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was running smoothly and safely. We especially appreciated how organized the check-in process was, and how they kept the different play areas supervised. Whether you're planning a birthday party, a family outing, or just need a way to burn off some energy, this place is perfect. Highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area!
