I walked in to buy a new mattress, three staff at the front counter talking, didn’t acknowledge me at all, I found my own way to the mattress section, where there was another staff member looking at himself in the mirror, he appeared to be picking pimples? I laid on around 10 different beds, without any assistance to find my correct mattress. When I gave up on ever getting help, the pimple popper decided to notice me and yell “do you need any help love?” I said “no thanks” made my way to the exit, once I’d stepped outside one of the staff at the front finally stopped talking to yell around the corner “bye darlin”. They all only finally noticed me when I was leaving. Terrible customer service.
We purchased our lounge 1 year ago from the bundall store, what a joke!!!! The service when we were going to purchase great, once there was an issue terrible There must have been issues in the manufacturing stage. There are what looks like fabric issues, it looks like staining or sun damage. There are stains and marks all over it. We purchased the product care. It seems to be useless. I’m not sure if it is useless or if it is because these issues have happened during manufacturing Everyone from Amart and smart care have basically put it in to hard basket We will NEVER purchase from Amart again So disappointing Julie and Michael jones
Jordan gave rare, above and beyond fantastic service in store and even gave me a follow up call. I had an issue with a piece of furniture which he quickly resolved. This guy is the epitome of excellent customer service. Thank you!
Ideally 2.5 stars. The whole way amart takes orders for things that aren't even in the country or without an arrival time is a joke. We were told several different furniture arrival times by two people in store and then 2 more people over the phone. They actually have no idea. 1 week wait blew out to nearly 5 weeks. The call centre is terrible. We're pretty happy with the furniture itself and the price (on sale). Its the ordering, no consisant info and the wait time really let's this place down. Do not buy from here if you are NEEDING furniture by a certain time.
Jordan was fantastic and incredibly informed about couches with the range, how it’s made, quality, durability, and everything. 100% recommend him as a great sales person and genuinely wanting to help customers. A great experience at this store with a huge range and super discounts. Great location with plenty of car parks.
