Awesome & fast service! Recieved my order 2 hrs earlier than expected. Robert & his coworker were amazing, professional & made sure all was good. Took maybe 20 minutes to get furniture in and set it up! Awesome!!! Thank you!
Was able to find two identical buffets to use as a “pantry” for our really small kitchen. We are going to remove the legs on one buffet and stack it on top of the other. Price was excellent (on clearance) and the two pieces are beautiful. The store worked with us on a small issue and we were very pleased with the whole experience. Home Furniture has good quality furniture, AND is a local business, which I love supporting.
This was a really terrible experience from start to finish. I ordered couches over a month in advance and was told they would be delivered on December 16. I never received a call or update. When I contacted the store and spoke with the manager, Matt, he told me that the order had not even been placed yet and that it could take another 3–4 months to receive the couches. If I had known this, I never would have placed the order, especially since I needed them for the Christmas holidays. Matt was very unprofessional, and instead of properly fixing the issue, he tried to push me to buy floor models because no one else was in the store. I only agreed because I needed couches for the holidays. We scheduled a white-glove delivery, but when the delivery arrived, they left the couches outside and did not bring them into my home, which is NOT what white-glove delivery is supposed to be. Overall, this was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I will never order from American Furniture Homes again, and I strongly recommend not shopping here, especially if you need furniture by a certain date.
Right on time , pleasant delivery the delivery men were awesome, Mario and the other gentleman came in worked quickly and set up was perfect. Great employees, our salesman Paul was so helpful throughout the whole experience. Our favorite store for furniture has always been American Furniture
