The unique rentals available at APR made our wedding day dreams come to life! The team was very helpful and responsive to changes and inquiries. I also found the pricing a bit more reasonable than other places. My only critique would be that my first few estimates came with a lot of errors in numbers and sizes despite having provided a floor plan. Luckily I had my wedding planner review everything beforehand so we could make sure it was accurate. It would also be awesome if there was not a $400+ Sunday delivery fee since lots of events happen on Sundays!
The decor we rented from American Party Rentals made our wedding day extra special! It was fun to go to the showroom to pick out linens, plates, glassware, etc., and to see it all come together on the wedding day was incredible. Gabriela was incredibly helpful with our selections and with making adjustments up until a few weeks out from the day.
Thank you so much for helping to coordinate the rentals for my mom’s 80th Birthday Party. It was a wonderful success. She was so thrilled and had no idea it would be so beautiful. The linens and china were so much fun to pick out and were gorgeous. We bought the roses at Costco and made the arrangements ourselves. We were very happy with APR’s help and service. We used American Party Rentals (APR) to supply linens, plates, drinkware, and flatware for our rehearsal dinner, and they were simply wonderful to work with! From start to finish, they made the entire process easy and stress-free. Sarah, who was my main point of contact, was incredibly responsive and accommodating, even as we made last-minute changes when the final details came through. What stood out to me was how flexible they were with delivery and pickup. They reliably delivered everything on time and made sure to pick everything up promptly afterward, which made logistics so much smoother on such a busy weekend. Unlike other companies I got quotes from, APR didn’t burden us with exorbitant fees for delivery, setup, or after-hours services, which was a big reason we chose them in the first place. Their selection of linens, tableware, and flatware was exactly what we needed, and everything arrived in great condition. Sarah made it so easy to coordinate changes to our order, and the entire team was professional and helpful throughout the process. We’re from Durham, and for any future event where we need rentals, we’ll absolutely be working with APR again. I highly recommend them to anyone planning a special event—they truly take care of their clients and make sure everything goes off without a hitch!
