Great place to go if you want to spend three times as much money as you should on basic gardening supplies. The same plants sold here are -literally- also sold at Home Depot, for - literally - a third of the cost. American Plant is appropriately named, they’re certainly American in the way they over charge you for simple plants. I’ve stopped here a few times for work, hilarious the way they price things here.
Best place to get Christmas trees before Thanksgiving! The pine roping they sell is also superior to everywhere else I've tried. And their indoor area turns into a veritable winter wonderland of holiday decorations and should not be missed!
You'll find a huge variety of plants here, all seemingly very well-maintained, and the staff are a pleasure to deal with. However, getting in and out by car can bea bit challenging due to the tight parking lot and its location on a major road. My main concern is the price points are too high, especially the pots/ planters. You can likely find those items significantly cheaper online.
When I am looking for healthy, top shelf plants for my garden, I head here. Prices are higher than other nurseries, but the selection is vast and the plants are typically the best condition of any of the nurseries I visit. Native plants are clearly labelled, which I appreciate, and the sun and shade perennials are divided in different sections making for easy selection. The interior decor section is filled with a ton of botanical, modern, cute items which make for great gifts...for yourself or others.
Our family took a trip to both of their locations. Parking was easy at both locations. This location seemed to have a much smaller selection than their other location. For that reason I won't return. The people who work here were all nice when we approached them, but they never approached us, or offered assistance. The prices are better than the other location for plants, but the selection is smaller and harder to shop. They seem to have a lot of gift items The prices are incredibly high. After visiting both locations, I can say we won't return here and will visit the other location once a year to see their assortment of indoor plants.
