We go here every year for the New Year’s Eve celebration. This year we had 19 people with us at $42 a person. Every year the bowling alley has supplied an incredible buffet, hats, beads and a countdown for the kids. This year however, no countdown for the kids and then we were given a salad in a small pie plate (1 per table, we had 3 tables) and told to share it and they told us they were not supplying plates. Uh what??!! I’ve eaten bigger salads for lunch and no plates??!! Then they dropped two small pizzas in front of us and two pie plates with 4 chicken tenders and some fries. Now we have grown men and teenage boys with us. They can finish the salad and chicken tenders by themselves. By the time we walked out, I had one piece of pizza, my son had eaten nothing, my family had dropped nearly $800 there (more if you add arcade and drinks) and we all had to stop on the way home to buy food. After years of going here as a family, we should have been warned of the changes to the New Year’s celebration. We won’t make the mistake of coming back next year. Sorry not sorry
Great place! We played arcades all evening, won a bunch of toys, it was super fun!!!! Michaela is very friendly and she made our evening even better! Like the place and definitely come back! Michaela, you are great!!!! Upd. Manager was great too!
We recently had my son’s birthday party here and Mikayla (I think her name was), was so delightful! She took such great care of us and got everything we needed promptly and happily. She was one of the nicest customer service people I have met in a long time.
Just left AMF, where I'd met my family to celebrate my brother's birthday. We had a great time! It's clean. The food is good (by bowling alley standards). The shoes are in good condition. The arcade area is fun. Nice bar. My favorite thing, though, is the people! Every team member I interacted with was friendly and helpful, and seemed to be genuinely enjoying herself/himself.
Great place for adults and children. Held a birthday party for 4 yr.old. the staff was extremely polite and accommodating. The party was set up and ready to go upon our arrival. Everyone had a great time. Kids love bowling.
