Felix was here today at my residence to service my hot water heater and furnace for my yearly maintenance. He was here on time, as scheduled, provided a very service and very knowledgeable in his field. All was done with minimal disruption at home and on time. Thanks for a job well done. I also appreciate the notification service and the live map updates while he is en route to our place with the live estimate time of his arrival to our residence.
We had our yearly HVAC maintenance done and the experience was excellent. Miguel was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain what he was doing. He also shared several helpful tips on how to keep the system running smoothly throughout the year. Highly recommend!
I cannot speak highly enough about the company. We have used Anchor climate care for annual maintenance of our furnace for almost two decades and they installed a new furnace for us in Fall 2024. Today, the service guy did the annual maintenance work. Miguel Q was very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived on time. He went straight-away to his work. Before leaving, he patiently walked me through how to better operate my digital thermostat. Top shelf service.
Shannon showed up on time, as always, this morning for our annual furnace maintenance. The work was carried out in a timely manner. Shannon also provided some valuable advice to us regarding carbon monoxide devices requirements effective January 1st of this year. Shannon is the happiness and most charismatic maintenance person we’ve ever met. He’s a real professional.

He was friendly, professional, efficient, and extremely thorough, taking the time to explain everything clearly. Based on his recommendations, we decided to purchase a new AC with a heat pump. The installation process was seamless. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the installation quickly without any issues. The new system works perfectly, and our home is now comfortable and energy-efficient.
