Fantastic equipment and place is super well kept and clean. The staff is nice and helpful.
I travel cross country for work so I often use my membership just for showers. I appreciate a hot shower that doesn't go cold. Also.. shower room had plenty of room, was well maintained and clean.
Great personal instruction on how to improve my fitness. I feel like my coach takes the time and listen and understand my goals. All of the staff are very personable and friendly. The gym is clean, and I really like the infrared booth. Also, being able to go Work out at any time of day Is great for me!
This place is a scam. They will charge you for services you are no longer utilizing; after I told them to cancel my membership in March, 2025. We are now in August, and they are still charging for a gym membership plus adding late fees on to it. This place is one of the worst mistake/ decision I ever made. I will not advise anyone to get a gym membership at any of Anytime Fitness locations. This is in regards to the owner’s response. I’m not able to reply under your post. Like I said previously, this place is a scam, none of those options was provided; I could have even been advised about the non membership contract option at the time of requesting that my membership be cancelled and I was not. I have left a voicemail for someone to contact me as soon as possible because there is no reason to charged for a service that is not be utilized.
At the time of this review, this facility has been without clean towels or wipes to clean off equipment after use for over a week now. I have been a member of this gym for over six years and it has gradually declined over the past several years. It has changed ownership multiple times and nothing seems to ever improve. Current ownership is almost completely absent when you do see the one owner(allegedly there are 2) he seems more focused on his workout or hiding in the back office with the door shut rather than day-to-day operations of the place. When I pointed out to him that there were some things broken in the gym he instructed me to tell the new hire when she started there and went on about his business. Between the towel situation and the overall neglect that was my final straw. The gym is dirty and unsanitary. This is no reflection on the current staff as it is not their responsibility to manage poor ownership. The actual staff is great and unfortunately they are caught in the crossfire. Thankfully at this is my last month here and I can move on and proudly give my money to a facility that will provide the necessary level of service that any gym should expect. I’m sure if this draws a response from the gym it will be some snarky retort or broken promise on how they continue to improve. You as the consumer have been warned, enter at your own risk. I feel for the members in a contract here being charged $35 every 2 weeks. Thankfully I am in a place to move on. **It has now been 2 weeks with no clean towels or cloths to wipe dirty sweaty gym equipment down with and ownership seems unbothered by this. Disgusting place.. avoid this location.
