Josiah was knowledgeable and identified the issue quickly. He was on time and friendly. He also helped me make a decision that will make my life a lot easier. I’m a senior citizen so his patience with my questions was outstanding. He is now my favorite plumber!
I had a service call for my toilet. I’ve had issues for a couple years. Jude did a great job he went above and beyond. He also recommended rich Collins to come by to see if they could further determine what the major issues are rich was awesome. He came by the next day and when I say thorough, he did a very very thorough job now I’m just waiting for an estimate to see what it would cost, but I believe Rich found the cause and I’m hoping to get this fixed soon.
Dan with AP was timely, professional, and quick to diagnose and assess the issue. He offered solutions above and beyond what the issue I had originally listed and made sure to check in multiple times to see if I had any questions. He was aware of the notes taken about my call and made sure to talk through each angle with me. Before he left he talked me through each step of the fix and encouraged a visual check of his work. If you are in need of a trusted plumbing service, this is the one!
I called about a second floor shower leaking into a first floor bedroom. Josiah came the next day. I mentioned some other work that I needed to make another appointment for. The extra work was a new bathroom faucet and drain/trap and new faucets and washtub in the basement. Josiah mentioned that our hot water tank was top of the line and I said it was old and I was concerned about that giving out. He said they could replace that today. I was concerned about the cost for all the work. Josiah said since it was being done all in one day they could bundle it to give a discount. When I heard the total cost I was relieved and said go for the entire thing! Josiah left and John, Wes and Alex came and got the entire job done by 3:45. We have a dog and they all put up with her, they gave her treats and pet her but I kept her out of their way. All four gentlemen were pleasant, friendly, helpful and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and were very neat. They showed us the completed work and explained everything. The only downside was the water tank has a dent. We will call tomorrow to see if that will affect its operation and my husband wants to ask if there is a discount because of the dent. All in all it was a very positive experience! I will use them again the next time I need a plumber! I would recommend AP Plumbing to anyone who needs any plumbing work done! We are very pleased and the work and price were excellent! We had our sewer back up on a Sunday afternoon for the first time in 30 plus years causing a mess in our finished basement. We tried two other plumbing companies that advertised 24x7 service, one said they couldn’t get there until Monday and the other dropped my call while waiting for someone to pickup after about 10 minutes. They did call back two hours later saying they saw a missed call but by then I already had AP Plumbing on the job. They answered the phone right away and a tech was at my house 30 minutes later.The tech was great and even advised me that the Town of Greece would come out for free and unplug the sewer. Since I was unsure how fast I could get them on a Sunday afternoon I just paid AP to clean the drain and get things working again. The tech also contacted Paul Davis Restorations for me to get the cleanup going. AP has been around a long time and has the scale to truly provide 24x7 service.
