I have been taking my car here for several years and plan to keep going back. The people are friendly and explain things well. They have done a great job fixing issues with my car, and have not tried to up-sell unnecessary things. When I call I can usually get an appointment for the next week.
I had a very strategical break system problem and Jason the owner and a few of his mechanics jumped right on it. I had a bad ABS module a bad O2 sensor and I had some other things going on . Jason, The owner has been a friend of mine for about 20 years and I finally brought my truck down to him and I felt that I really gave him a problem to take care of but of course Anything Jason does with a car or a truck is never a problem. He had my truck for a few days. I just waited for him to call me. I didn’t bother him at all because I figured this is a major problem and I need to get it fixed and I was not in a hurry for it so truth be told after a few days time Jason texted me and told me my truck was ready. my truck is running like it’s new. There was a lot going on with this truck and its brake system. My truck is 13 years old with 110,000 miles on it. I just wanna keep it running and Jason helped me preserve that I think for quite a while. I highly recommend Apex auto service. No matter what the problem, Jason the owner and his mechanics always put their best effort forward I couldn’t recommend anybody else. I would highly recommend Apex Auto Service in the south side of Pittsburgh They are very, very thorough and everything they do. They go over it with you at the very end and they assure you if there’s any problems to make sure you let them know and they will take care of it. Thank you so much once again
Had a wonderful experience with Apex. They were so thorough with explaining what was going on with my car and the steps to fix it. I don't know much about cars so it was so refreshing and reassuring to be walked through everything. Their customer service is phenomenal and they did a great job fixing up my car. I will definitely be back for future service needs.
Everyone here is extremely sweet and helpful. I want to shout out Jason for taking care of all my needs. I came in for a brake job and needed much more work. He found me new tires at an amazing price and fixed my car all up. So grateful! Bring your vehicles here! Great pricing and work.
The people at APEX were absolutely phenomenal! I called them for a last minute oil change before going out of town for a trip this weekend and they somehow fit me in the same day for an appointment, even though they were busy! Everyone who I spoke to was so incredibly kind and helpful. Seriously the best experience I’ve had at an Auto Shop! Cannot recommend them enough!
