The store is fine, the usual apple store but Google Maps (on foot)will try to guide you to it as though it’s on the first floor. It decidedly is not. I just ended up going to the second floor and guessing where it is. It’s astounding that a company with the resources Google has available can't get this right. So, again, it's on second floor. Between Johnny Was and Pottery Barn. ironically, I was going there to buy AirTags. Maybe if I'd use one of those to find the store I'd not have had to wander in the wrong direction for 45min. Oh yeah, when I tried to tell Gemini about this issue, it told me that the store was closed. It isnt. Smh.

Susan was absolutely wonderful—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me with everything I needed. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, explained my options clearly, and made the entire process feel effortless. Her patience and professionalism really stood out; she never rushed me, always made sure my questions were answered, and offered guidance that felt honest and thoughtful. Highly recommend visiting—and if you can, ask for Susan. She’s amazing!

Whether I need tech support or a quick purchase, the process is smooth and well-organized. The service feels personal — they take the time to explain everything clearly. The store is clean, efficient, and appointments run on time. I always leave feeling like my issues were solved and my time was respected. Excellent location and top-tier customer service every visit!
We had a great experience today. Jermey was our sales guy helping with the watches. He explained about the watches and the warranty. There was no pressure to buy anything. We also used the help desk in getting our beats looked at. They were able to clean the connectors and get them working again. Everyone was super kind even though it was very busy today.
I had such a great experience at the Apple Store! From the moment I walked in, the staff were attentive, welcoming, and very professional. They greeted me right away and made sure I was helped quickly. I came in because I was having an issue with my AirPods, and not only did they fix the problem, but the entire visit took less than 25 minutes! The technician took the time to explain what caused the issue and what steps were taken to fix it. I really appreciated how patient and friendly everyone was, especially considering how busy Apple Stores usually are. The level of customer service and efficiency exceeded my expectations. It’s always nice to walk out feeling that your time was valued and your problem was fully resolved. Thank you to the entire Apple team for making my visit so smooth and stress-free — I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need help again!
