Update: I'm so confused. I don't even know what my service is for anymore. I thought it was for pest control, but he sprayed the back lawn?? What was the issue with the lawn?? Now I can tell you there are any hills or farms in the lawn but not where he was spraying there weren't. I would like a more thorough explanation of what is going on if that makes sense. I'm sitting up here thinking he's doing fertilizer. I could've provided him a spreader for that. The communication needs to be way better that's for sure. Service is what it is. I never get the inside of my home tended to with these guys. Not sure why. My ring doorbell is offline but there's still regular doorbells that they could use to inquire if I need home services which they do not take advantage of. I receive a text after services are completed. This time I mentioned some holes in the dirt where bugs have created a home and they fly into. Might bees or wasps. I got no response on of that tasted that or not. This is right by my back door. Also you guys last year or out hang bag treatments for wasps and things like that. This hasn't happened once this year.
Excellent service. After their first visit no wasp not a single one. Today they listened to me and didn’t spray the insects I want around. They are diligent and respectful.
Andre came by and took care of my yard and around my home. He even took care of the inside of my garage. I appreciate his kindness and work ethics. He asked about my concerns and completed the job with efficiency. Thank you Andre!
Stay away! We have canceled Aptive multiple times. They decide to continue showing up and billing $120 each visit to the previously saved card on file. Even after being forced to cancel the card, they continue to show up and rack up a bill. We have since locked access to exterior gates, but they will wipe off the front door, leave and bill the $120. Too much time and money has been wasted trying to get them to listen. Save yourself the headache, and necessary police involvement. Choose a different company.
Service was for wasp nest removal. What I got was a guy with a long hit stick who left a pile of wasp nest on the ground for my kids and dogs. Yea it was sprayed to kill the wasps but not sure how safe that is for my dog to try and eat or kids to step on. Glad I was home to finish the clean up. Guess removal just means knock down. Very unhappy. Called customer service right away and they said they can’t come back to retreat unless I buy the annual package. I tried to explain that removal means they should be removing the nest and they didn’t finish the job.
