Customer services reps were great - its always nice to converse with real people who speak clearly and intelligently. Waiting room was small but well furnished with comfortable couches and a huge TV. Keurig coffee was available and welcome on a cold morning. Service was quick and all diagnostic results and maintenance explained. I definitely will do business with Adams again and I highly recommend their service.
My experience here was great! The services I needed for my vehicle were done much sooner than I was expecting and for that I’m so grateful so I didn’t have to be without a vehicle for a couple of days. Everyone is super informative and kind from the front desk to the person that did my repairs. I’ll definitely be coming back to complete some things I need to have done and I’ll definitely be recommending you guys to anyone needing car service. Thanks again
After dropping off my car, which was overheating, I asked Aram to confirm it was the serpentine belt and a jammed thermostat. After running the diagnostics (allegedly worth $300), they confirmed it was indeed a jammed thermostat. Next to that I received a list of recommendations/immediate attention items which I did not request and most of them based on the generic reason "due to age and mileage", instead of condition. The total quote added up to over $8500. The replacement of the thermostat (a $60 part, which takes max half hour) was quoted for over $600. The other items on the list were similarly overestimated. I am all for business owners turning a profit, but this was far out. Unless you have money to burn, I highly recommend to avoid this place. For that reason I picked up my vehicle as is, and did take my business somewhere else. No experience with the quality of their work. Only reason it is not a 1 star review is they did not charge me the full $300 for confirming my own diagnosis.
Aram’s Auto Repair Center took care of my Lexus RX350 when an alternator failure left me stuck just before Thanksgiving, and their front office and service team were outstanding to work with. They completed the alternator and battery replacement, and quickly addressed a follow up climate control error when I returned. Pricing is hard to compare since I’m new to the area, but the quality of service and communication were strong. I’d rate them 4 to 4.5 stars and recommend Aram’s to anyone who wants a thorough, professional shop that stands behind its work.
first off, I was greeted and began the process with delightful Michelle. I believe she is the greatest asset to your company. I so appreciate the professional service I received getting the prognosis with photographs and videos and detailed estimate. while the cost was reasonable, the car lacked corresponding value to repair it. While I don’t hope that any of my other cars have mechanical difficulties future, if they do, I will always have it towed to Aram’s
