Oh boy do these guys not know what they're doing. My first mistake was letting the owner design my door speakers. He quoted me 6x9 speakers that block the windows from rolling down all the way. Then, he designed an LC5 that couldn't accommodate the sub in the back and they had to upgrade to an LC7 on the fly. This could've been prevented if they listened to me and not routed the X3V12 through it. They didn't listen when I asked them to install the new amp and LC5 on the box in the trunk and instead screwed them into my seats. They had to rerun cables and install new equipment just to get it functional. Now my windows still don't roll down all the way and I'm blocking payment on the install. Amateur is the only description of this shop.
Stopped by for a quote to have my 2015 Jetta re-tinted. The price was around the average of the quotes I received from the numerous nearby tint shops. I own a detail shop nearby and am looking for a tint shop to send my customers to as well, thought tinting the Jetta would be a good opportunity to see them in action. So glad I did before I sent my customers to him. He was unprofessional, the shop looked a bit disorganized, trash on the ground in the parking lot and he seemed more interested in his phone than talking with me, so I left. I would expect the owner of a business to lead by example when it comes to customer service but not at this shop apparently. I would avoid this place, especially considering the multiple bad reviews they have. One of which the owner was using vulgar language against a customer. (I dropped in without checking reviews first). There are way too many options in that exact area to waste your time here.
