ARH Sinnamon park wonderful reception staff, nurses, Drs. we had our Cailyn in their care from the 17th of Dec 2025 to the sad day 27th of January 2026. Explain everything in detail and never felt like they had to rush off. A big thank you to Dr Lin who help us with Cailyn in the early hours on Tuesday morning. Through out Cailyns treatment Dr Emily and her offsider nurse were wonderful I would highly recommend ARH animal Hospital for your family animals. nt
Great vets . Our French bulldog had IVDD surgery this week and she was very looked after by the doctors and nurses. Our dachie Gucci has had IVDD surgery here too and she made a complete remission and went from stage 4 to now fully functional, healthy and living her best life post surgery. Just goes to show they have great, high standards and quality care for the animals and they’re in the best hands here . Surgeons are skilled. They kept us updated regularly. And they look and treat the whole pet don’t just dismiss symptoms. I took Armani to another vet where I was told she must just be tired and have dehydration to take her home. I did and she deteriorated. So we bought her to Animal referral hospital in Sinnamon Park, and the vet was empathic understanding had great clinical knowledge and took Armanis symptoms seriously , administered IV fluids. Tick treatment and painkiller’s Armani needed to stabilise then she went for MRI and surgery and everything went well and she’s recovering great. Personally I wouldn’t waste time on other ED departments would come straight here if you want the best care for your pet
If I could give a zero review I would. This morning experience was the worse I have ever experienced in customer service. This morning one of my dogs required urgent attention to attend to a puncture would around his eye. He was losing quite a lot of blood. I arrived and was treated curtly by “Ronah” a woman with glasses and a short haircut and zero empathy. I have been here before so they already had me in the system. She told me I could have 2 options see an emergency vet or wait until 9am for a surgery consult. It was just after 7am so I didn’t want to wait for 9am for Odin to be stiched up. I was then told that if an emergency vet saw him shortly I would have to pay on top of the 220 consult and additional 110 for an internal transfer for it to go to the surgeon. Quite frankly I could care less about the extra 110 I just wanted my dog attended to asap. Nonetheless it was just a stupid unnecessary procedure designed to gouge the consumer. Dealing with this person was like dealing with a public servant with zero empathy and her just going through procedural nonsense because she didn’t have the intelligence to understand that the dog was suffering and to get to the fastest most effective care outcome. I have a background in healthcare, having at one stage ran a team of 1200 GPs statewide so I know poor patient care when I see it. After waiting an hour and losing complete faith, I called my normal vet and he was like that’s garbage just bring him over and he was operated on immediately. When I dared to object I was told by her that she didn’t want to deal with me and to talk to her manager who was obviously someone in administration as I asked if her manager was a vet and she said no. Prime example of what happens when no professionals manage in health care, they have no idea and these are the outcomes. When I walked away I watched her make childish gestures behind my back to her colleague at the desk which was shameful display, highly unprofessional and shows the character of the person. Before anyone brings their animal there I would first check that your own vet can’t deal with it. I would also make sure they aren’t ripping you off for what they are doing. And I would insist in dealing with a veterinarian not some admin boffin who ultimately has no idea about patient care. Animals are patients and there owners should be treated with empathy and respect. I’ve also noticed that a lot of the positive reviews for these guys have been bot driven and are fake. What will happen now is some from the PR team will write a response that says they did nothing wrong and that it was all my fault. They take no responsibility. Even in their responses to bad reviews they lack empathy. I did read all the negative reviews on here and they all say the same thing. They care only about money, they do whatever they can to drum up more cost, and they totally lack empathy. If you read those reviews you will see there are some very serious allegations of malpractice and if they were human patients there would be some very serious investigations and repercussions for the organisation. Unfortunately there is little oversight into the pet industry.
What a great Vet, we have only been using this vet for a short time and a few visits... but wow I can say these guys are so accommodating and great to deal with! We have a dog with a hard to manage medical condition that requires constant vet visits and more often than not emergency visits and after hours care. You can tell the team here actually care about your pet and want to help, very professional and the best part is very affordable. After being absolutely ripped off for years by our previous vet and then being spoken to rudely and not getting the answers we needed we moved on to this vet and we are so stoked and glad we did! Great work to the entire team from reception to the nurses and specialist vetinary team thank you finally found a vet worth going too! What a relief!!!
Amazing staff Our Devon Alice was referred here by regular vet with a phone call.. ARH immediately admitted and suspected FIP without hesitation. Treatment commenced quickly. While Alice still has a way to go before she is back to her spicey self, confident that with the quick actions of both regular and ARH staff Alice still has a few of her 9 lives left for years to come. Thank You Tracy, Aaron and Alice 😻
