So happy I contacted Arnold electrical . Tony and Carlos were amazing! Tony was so helpful and explained everything to me, he did such a thorough job and I feel safe about the work that was done. They added an outlet to my bathroom that involved a lot of re routing of wiring . They left the place clean and were very respectful! 10/10 recommend.
As always, we had a wonderful experience with Arnold Electric. We called and left a message Saturday evening for a (non-emergency) broken light switch and a request to put our microwave’s plug on its own circuit. They called back Monday first thing and were able to come out today, Tuesday! Sam did the work and was courteous, professional, open about everything, including costs, and was also able to put in a surge protector on our electrical box, which I was thrilled with. He was fantastic to work with, as was the company! We are repeat customers, and will continue to be!
Jeff and Alex arrived promptly at 7AM on 11/26 to begin work. I really appreciate the time both of them took to walk me through the entire job. They were respectful and hardworking. I was originally told that the job would take the entire day (7AM - 3PM) but I was pleasantly surprised that they did everything and restored power right before lunch time! I was also surprised to find out that they did NOT have to trench my backyard and saved me quite a bit! I appreciate the full transparancy and honesty as well as their quality of work. I highly recommend them for EV charger installation! I will be calling them in a few weeks for some other electrical work. Highly Recommended!
Today Tony from Arnold Electric came out to hang two lights on my exterior porch and also install a surge protector in our panel. Communication for the job from start to finish was extremely smooth and professional. Tony was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and efficient. I’m very pleased with the whole experience and I would definitely use this company again in a heartbeat.
Highly recommended for professionalism, fair pricing and customer satisfaction. I found them on the Tesla’s recommendations page. Their response was quick and thorough inspection aligned with what I knew from my previous experience. Brady offered several options in the free quote and was considerate with my rationale without pushy sales tactics. Handover to the installation with Joe was almost seamless (thanks, Tim). For my project it took 5 hours of work with minimal supervision and guidance. Just watch out for any metal pieces left behind in the work area. My entire project was completed from start to finish in 10 days. I would go back to them for my other home electrical needs. Thank you!
