Arriba Event Rentals was a solid partner for our wedding. They are a local small business, easy to reach, and let us inspect the “rustic white” chairs ahead of time to confirm the condition. Pricing was better than anything we found from other local competitors. We did have a couple of miscommunications around delivery and pickup timing, but after a brief conversation they adjusted and made it work, which earned the five stars from us. There was also some confusion about pickup scope. Only the 120 ceremony chairs were supposed to be collected, with the remaining items returned by me the next day. In the moment, I had moved the carrying bags for the rented items to a private spot so they would be safe, and I forgot to mention that to our coordinator. Their team stayed calm, we sorted it out, and it turned into a lighthearted story among friends who thought “the bags” meant the cornhole bags. Delivery, setup, and takedown were very reasonably priced, and the overall experience was smooth. We were happy with Arriba Event Rentals and would recommend them to others planning an event. PS. I hope you received the Planko markers I brought back the following day! They were in the groom's getting ready area to keep them safe from guests.
Communication is great and delivery/pick up was exactly what we hoped for. The delivery guy even asked how our event went and made small talk. Good customer service would definitely recommend
Great customer service! Picked up tables and chairs for reunion and they were loaded into our truck carefully and same with dropping them off, Mike got everything unloaded quickly and carefully. Easy ordering process and affordable pricing. Love the fact that the tables are folding resin NOT the extremely heavy old fashion wood banquet ones!! I would highly recommend Arriba to anyone and I will continue to use them as well. Thank you!!
I love them! Very affordable & easy to book. Great services! I’ve only rented their bounce houses but they also have other things.
This company was fantastic to work with from start to end. The kids loved the bounce house, and I loved the reasonable price and good communication. Highly recommend!
