Absolutely love Peggy !! She does my eyebrows perfectly every single time, and I always leave feeling cute and confident. She creates such a welcoming, comfortable vibe , talking to her feels like a little therapy session while she works her magic 😌
Peggy is the best. I drive 30 minutes to get to Arrow and it is well worth the drive. They are kind, knowledgeable and thorough. I can't say enough good things about Arrow.

I absolutely LOVE Arrow Wax! The entire staff is so sweet, welcoming, and incredibly well-informed. Every visit feels comfortable and judgment-free, which is so important when it comes to personal care. I always look forward to seeing Ari she’s amazing! So gentle, kind, and truly cares about her clients. You can tell everyone there loves what they do, and it makes all the difference. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional and supportive waxing, facial and body care experience! 💛
Googled this wax shop & wondering why she has 100, 5/5 stars? It’s that serious… I took advantage of Ari’s $50 Brazilian special & also added an underarm wax. The Brazilian special was for walk-ins only. The salon was clean and aesthetically pleasing. The owner greeted me promptly, provided forms to complete, and attended to me without delay. Ari was exceptionally gentle during my waxing session, making the experience virtually painless. Additionally, the pricing is highly competitive. After two years at European Wax Center, my preferred esthetician departed, and the service hasn’t felt the same since. From offering package deals, fair pricing, and great customer service, she has gained a repeating customer. First impressions are everything & after only experiencing one visit, this establishment stands out as one of my favorite waxing studios in my four years of waxing experiences around Virginia Beach—most definitely returning! :)
