I have been attending Artisan for almost a year now. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. Carly is a wonderful technician who has a fantastic knowledge base and nothing is too much for her. Not only does she recommend the best treatments for my skin, she takes the time to explain exactly what it is for and how it will benefit my skin in not only the current, but future. She is a wonderful asset to Artisan.
Absolutely wonderful experience with Nurse Fleur. She is incredibly professional, gentle, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. The anti-wrinkle treatment was done with such care and precision, and the results are beautiful and natural. The clinic itself is lovely, welcoming, and calming, with such a friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone wanting expert care and amazing service.
I’ve followed Carly for many years and she is amazing at what she does. She’s not only incredibly knowledgeable about skin treatments and products, but genuinely passionate about what she does — and it shows in every appointment. Carly takes the time to understand your skin, explains everything clearly, and always delivers amazing results. You never feel rushed, just completely cared for. From the minute I walked into Artisan I was made to feel welcome. The receptionist was warm, friendly and made me feel like I had been there a million times before. Elise who did my treatment was friendly and informative. She had the knowledge and skill that made my experience amazing. I’ve had previous facial treatments, all that felt rushed and all tried pushing thousands of dollars on their products. This was far from what I experienced today. Elise was as thorough and made decisions on my at home care that suited my budget. Followed advice from my dermal therapist, Bronte, to repurchase products that have actually changed the health and appearance of my skin. I never believed they could be so effective in such a short amount of time! Eternally grateful for her expertise and care and way I am treated by all the staff at the clinic.
