Absolutely the nicest people, and helped me with a prescription while I was visiting Nashville. From the front desk person, to the nurse, to the nurse practitioner—they were all efficient, kind, and knowledgeable providers. The wait was pretty long, but when I was in the room, I did not feel rushed at all. I can’t remember everyone’s name, but the nurse practitioner’s first name was Melissa. Five stars for everyone!

From start to finish, the staff was professional, efficient, and incredibly kind. Karen, Abby, and Melissa truly went above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, Karen made such a positive impression. She was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and organized, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free, making sure everything was handled efficiently while still making us feel valued and cared for. Her professionalism, attention to detail and warm attitude truly set the tone for the entire visit. Abby was absolutely wonderful, so friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure all questions were answered, and truly made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. Melissa is the kind of provider you can tell genuinely cares about her patients, the kind of individual who reflects on her day and whether she provided the very best care possible. She was thorough, patient, and compassionate, and made the entire experience feel personal rather than rushed. That level of dedication and heart is rare and so appreciated. The clinic was well-organized, timely, and the staff made what is usually a simple in and out appointment feel personal and positive. The visit was quick, efficient, the price was very reasonable, and the swag bag was such a thoughtful and fun bonus. If you’re looking for a walk-in clinic that treats you with respect, warmth, and top-tier care, this is the place! I have no explanation why I have excruciating pain in my toes and foot when putting pressure on it other than maybe inflammation.. I’ll follow up with a specialist asap but “thank you” Acension for the boot as I can move around pretty good without pain if I need too. X-rays show no breaks. That’s a plus… I think. 🤔 🤷♀️
Clean, spacious, light filled space. Everyone, from the receptionist to attending physician were friendly, caring, respectful, and professional. It was a relatively quick visit, with no unnecessary B.S, just help and solutions to the issue offered. Much appreciated.
I registered ahead of time which helps tremendously. The NP Wren was not only attentive but friendly. She was awesome and when I needed follow-up I waited for her to get back in the office. Even when they had a very busy clinic Wren remained friendly attentive.
